Raph’s Cookie Club was born in my kitchen in Battersea during maternity leave, with one simple idea: to bring a little cookie joy to everyday life.
Every week, I create a small menu of thick, gooey cookies made in small batches using ingredients I genuinely love: brown butter, generous chunks of chocolate, and a pinch of sea salt.
Everything is baked fresh to order, because I believe cookies should arrive exactly as they’re meant to be: warm, indulgent and impossible to resist.
As a mum of three, I know that life’s happiest moments are often the simplest: sharing a cookie with family, catching up with friends, or enjoying five quiet minutes with a coffee.
